DACHA 6 VILLA DEVELOPMENT
Moscow, Russia, 2007
This project for six residences, on two hectares of land, is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods near Moscow, approximately 45 kilometers to the west. The brief was to design the villas to be sympathetic to each other and to the environment. They were planned together so that each would not hinder the views to the south across an open landscape. Each villa has a living area of 400 square meters with a detached Garage and a Caretaker apartment of 300 square meters. The exterior walls are in wood and plaster. The south and west façades have the windows
