This Master Plan aims at the potential development of a twenty-hectare property between Osaka and Kyoto for a Japanese multinational company. Various possibilities have been elaborated, considering different land usages: from corporate headquarters to the commercial development of an office and retail complex. A full cash-flow analysis of the life of the project was developed for the commercial project.
