This proposal for the construction of offices takes into account several aspects of environmental analysis. Energy conservation is considered both from the thermal and the electric points of view. Natural light and solar radiation are modulated by a dynamic control of the external envelope. The adjustment of natural ventilation and the use of ventilation ‘chimneys’ completes the energy saving scheme.
